1.) PayPal (preferred method of payment)
If you are using PayPal, payment is expected within 72 hours of receipt of the invoice.
2.) Checks or money orders
I will accept Cashier's (Bank) checks or U.S. Postal Money Orders; however, the merchandise will not be shipped for 5 business days after the money has been cleared by my bank. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED !
1.) I will attempt to ship an item within 24 hours of a cleared payment. See Note 2.) above for the exception.
2.) I utilize the services of the United States Postal Service exclusively unless you ask for and pay for shipment via UPS or Fedex.
3.) All shipments of merchandise valued at greater than $25.00 USD will carry insurance paid for by the Buyer.
1.) Returns will be accepted on all merchandise sold by Selling Things within 14 days of receipt of item(s) if Reasons for Return are determined to be valid.
2.) Accepted returns will receive a 100% refund of merchandise purchase price. There will be no refunds on shipping or insurance.
2.) Prior to returning merchandise, contact me via email with a valid reason for return plus detailed digital photos showing reason for return. I will notify you within 3 business days if return and refund will be granted.
3.) If your purchase is to be refunded, you will receive an RMA number via email plus the address where the merchandise is to be shipped. THIS NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE OR NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
4.) Return the merchandise with the accompanying RMA number enclosed via 1st Class Parcel or Parcel Post. The cost for shipping the return will be your responsibility.
5.) A refund will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of the return. Merchandise paid for by Money Order/Cashier's Check will be refunded by Cashier's Check. PayPal tendered merchandise will be refunded to your PayPal account.
6.) PLEASE NOTE: Buyer's Remorse is not considered a valid reason for return/refund.
